Greatest Ignorance …

You know what, it took me a long time to explain what was …

  • Acoustic coupler modem
  • Personal Computer
  • Relational Database
  • Object Oriented Programming
  • Internet and Website
  • Public Key Infrastructure
  • Cloud computing
  • Blockchain
  • Web3

Guess I did a poor job in explaining these technologies as not many were convinced.

Still … I’m a big believer of “The greatest ignorance is to reject something you know nothing about.”

What’s the Password ?

The day you know passphrase is more secure than password.

Someone : “What’s the WiFi password?”
Bartender : “You need to buy a drink first.”

Someone : “Okay, I’ll have a coke.”
Bartender : “Is 7-Up okay?”

Someone : “Sure. How much is that?”
Bartender : “$28.”

Someone : “There you go, keep the change. So what’s the WiFi password?”
Bartender : “You need to buy a drink first. No spaces, all lowercase.”

The Cost of Not Doing It …

So you have a big infrastructure in your data center(s), and your team appreciates the benefits of running your business in the cloud – better agility, security governance, patch management and TCO.

And yet, you hesitate in moving forward … Trust us, nothing is more important than a missed opportunity. The opportunity to transform your business, the opportunity to minimize the cost of not doing it.
